Minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old to use Xira. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 16, you may only use Xira with verifiable parental consent (where required by your jurisdiction). Xira is not intended for use by children under 13.
Using Xira
Xira is a CV tailoring tool. You may use it for personal job application purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or submit content that violates applicable law.
Your content
You retain full ownership of your CV and any documents you submit. By using Xira, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating the rewritten CV and analysis. We transmit your CV and job description to third-party processing providers (see Privacy Policy for details).
Generated output
The rewritten CV and analysis are generated automatically. Xira does not guarantee interview success, ATS pass rates, or any specific employment outcome. Use the output as a starting point and review it before submitting any application.
Free generations
Guest users receive one free CV generation per email address, as a lifetime limit. Registered free accounts receive a monthly allowance of generations, which resets on the 1st of each month; the current allowance is shown on your profile page. Generations are provided free of charge, are non-transferable, and may not be resold.
Service availability
We aim to keep Xira available at all times but do not guarantee uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
Xira is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
